Izzy is a driven change-maker and community builder. As a Black and queer individual, she has dedicated her life professionally and personally to supporting communities who are often left out and excluded. Ultimately, Izzy aims to foster a community for LGBTQ+ youth to feel a strong sense of belonging and empowerment. In their free time, you can find Izzy snuggling with her cats, writing music on her guitar, and hiking.

Izzy is the Board President and currently serves as an Interim Director to support Linked Mentoring’s transition into a distributed leadership structure. In their roles, Izzy leads big-picture strategizing, people & culture operations, and fund development.
