Having co-founded the Linked Mentoring program back in 2019, Jake has been with the organization from the beginning. Jake also works as the Training Delivery Manager with MENTOR National, a national organization dedicated to fueling the quality and quantity of mentoring relationships for young people across the country.

Jake’s background and passions are in LGBTQ+ youth advocacy, mentoring, project management, training development, and facilitation. Prior to Linked Mentoring and MENTOR, Jake has experience in both direct-service youth work, and in nonprofit program operations. His goals are to co-create equitable, engaging, and intentional ways of sharing knowledge, and to uplift the LGBTQ+ community.

Jake grew up in Massachusetts, and now lives in Baltimore, Maryland. He graduated from Clark University with a degree in Psychology and Community, Youth, Education Studies. In his free time, Jake loves to read, be outside, collage, spend time with friends, watch reality TV, get tattoos, collect weird trinkets, and hangout with his cat Beetlejuice.
