Co-finding Linked Mentoring, previously GSA Link, Inc., in 2019, Melissa is a speaker and advocate for LGBTQ+ youth. She is also the Chief Executive Officer of GDIBC, Gender Diversity and Inclusion Business Certification. She is passionate about creating a world for LGBTQ+ youth to thrive, feel empowered, and live their most authentic and successful lives. Melissa enjoys spending her free time with her two sons, Ryan and Tighe, and her loving husband, Ted.

As the Co-Founder and Clerk, Melissa provides key insight into the organization's background and works to ensure the Board embodies the mission of now Linked Mentoring. She also supports our state 501(c)(3) filing requirements to ensure we remain legally compliant with our tax-exempt status.
